Payment Terms for booking Karina Dey Violin and/ or Strings Attached Violin duo and Quartet for your event on www.karinadey.com and https://karinadeyanova.setmore.com
1. Deposit and Booking Confirmation:
– A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total fee is required to secure the booking date. This deposit confirms your reservation and is due at the time of booking.
– Upon receipt of the deposit, a confirmation email will be sent to you detailing your event’s schedule and the services to be provided.
2. Balance Payment:
– The remaining balance (80%) is due on the day of the event or within 24 hours after the event concludes. This provides flexibility to ensure everything meets your satisfaction.
– Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or an online payment platform (such as PayPal). Details will be provided upon booking.
3. Late Payments:
– If payment is not received within the 24-hour period following the event, a reminder will be sent. Continued non-payment may result in additional late fees or legal proceedings to recover the owed amount.
4. Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit only.
– Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date will require payment of 50% of the total fee.
– Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date will require full payment of the contracted fee, as it becomes increasingly difficult to secure another booking for that date.
5. Changes to Booking:
– Any changes to the date or significant details of the event must be communicated as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges if they result in additional services or extended time.
6. Travel and Accommodation Expenses:
– Travel expenses are included within London, Sussex, and Kent. Travel outside these areas may incur additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.
– If overnight accommodation is required due to the timing or location of the event, this will be charged back to the client at cost.
7. Miscellaneous:
– Any special requirements, such as specific attire or additional equipment, that incur extra costs, will be billed accordingly.
– In the unlikely event of severe illness or unforeseen circumstances preventing performance, a suitable replacement will be provided at no additional cost or a full refund will be issued.
